Turning My Love for Scrapbooking into a Resource for Others: My Retreat Story

Published on 9 February 2025 at 17:20

Hi there, fellow craft lovers!

I’m thrilled to finally share a little piece of my heart with you! For the past 30 years, scrapbooking has been my passion. It’s been a way for me to not only preserve memories but also create something beautiful and personal. From family moments to special occasions, scrapbooking has allowed me to tell stories that last a lifetime. Along the way, I've had the privilege of connecting with others who share the same passion through retreats, workshops, and crafting communities.

But guess what? My creative journey is just getting started!

As I continue my journey as a retreat owner, I’m expanding my horizons and learning something new: quilting. It’s a craft I’ve always admired, and I can’t wait to dive into this new adventure. I see so many parallels between quilting and scrapbooking—both are about creating with your hands, telling stories through fabric and paper, and connecting with others who appreciate the art of handmade creations. I’m excited to grow in this new direction and share this journey with all of you.

In this blog, I’ll share my love for scrapbooking and quilting, my retreat experiences, and my evolving exploration into affiliate marketing. Speaking of which, today I found Kokorosa while shopping for craft supplies, they offer a large selection of cutting dies, clear stamps, embossing folders, cardstock papers and so many crafting tools at a reasonable price.  Use the banner below to check them out!

So, whether you're here for scrapbooking tips, quilting inspiration, or simply to connect with a like-minded community of creatives, I’m so glad you’ve joined me. Let’s learn, grow, and create beautiful things together!
